Returns & Exchanges

AMIRI offers a refined return process, allowing customers to request a return or exchange for unworn items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be processed through our online portal to ensure a seamless experience and timely refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit the AMIRI Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring all security tags and brand labels remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, removing any previous tracking stickers.

• 4.
  Ship & Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email and refund notification once our atelier inspects the return.
